Graeme joined Affinitas Legal in November 2024 and brings with him an extensive and diverse background in leadership, administration, and client service. His career spans senior roles across the legal, corporate, and not-for-profit sectors, including management positions at Heritage Tanks and Steelfab Water Solutions, and administrative roles within the legal and aged care industries.

Graeme has also held positions as an accountant, college dean, and church clerk, which have all deepened his commitment to service, structure, and supporting others with care and integrity.

At Affinitas Legal, Graeme manages front office operations, file administration, firm precedent systems, and legal software management. He supports solicitors with court documentation and liaises closely with clients to ensure they feel heard and cared for throughout their matter. He is particularly passionate about assisting clients through the challenges of family law, drawing from both professional experience and his own personal journey.

Calm under pressure and grounded in his Christian faith, Graeme is valued for his attention to detail, excellent communication, and approachable nature.
