Tricia joined Affinitas Legal in February 2026.  A seasoned Senior Legal Assistant/Paralegal with a diverse background spanning Perth and New York, Tricia brings extensive experience across multiple legal disciplines. Her career began in personal injury law as a Paralegal before expanding her expertise internationally, working in New York as an Executive Assistant for a boutique entertainment law firm, supporting high‑profile clients in fast‑paced, detail‑driven environments.

She moved back to Australia and commenced a role in the Family Court of Western Australia, where she served as an Associate to a Magistrate for 6 years and developed a deep understanding of family law practice and procedure.

Tricia then transitioned into public law working for a major national firm, strengthening her skills in complex matters, government processes, and high‑volume litigation support.

While her experience is broad, her professional passion has always remained in family law. Returning to this field as a Senior Legal Assistant, she brings a unique blend of technical capability, courtroom insight, cross‑jurisdictional experience, and a client‑centred approach grounded in empathy, precision, and unwavering professionalism.
