Duncan is a dedicated and approachable solicitor with more than nine years of post-admission experience across South Africa and Australia. He is committed to guiding clients through complex legal matters with clarity, confidence, and care, always focusing on achieving practical and meaningful outcomes.

Duncan brings diverse legal experience across family law, civil litigation, contractual disputes, debt recovery, and dispute resolution. He has acted for clients on both sides of litigation and is experienced in all stages of the legal process, from drafting and legal research through to court appearances and trials. At Affinitas Legal, Duncan focuses on family law matters, assisting clients through sensitive issues including parenting disputes, property and financial matters, and related family law proceedings.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws from UNISA, which was assessed for equivalency and awarded through the University of New England, as well as a Certificate of Management Practice from the University of Fort Hare. Duncan was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2016 before expanding his qualifications to Australia, where he was admitted in New South Wales in 2020 and South Australia in 2023.
