Solicitor LLB
Amanda is a solicitor who practises exclusively in estate litigation. She brings a unique combination of legal, investigative and practical experience to her practice, having spent 18 years with the Western Australia Police Force, the majority of which was as a detective investigator.
Prior to joining the firm, Amanda worked for three years as a litigation paralegal and solicitor at a succession law firm in Western Australia, where she gained extensive experience in estate litigation and complex succession matters. She is currently completing her Master of Laws (Applied Law) majoring in Wills and Estates, further developing her specialist expertise in the area.
Amanda has also shared her professional experience through guest lecturing at Murdoch Law School and the Western Australia Bar Association. Her background in complex investigations, together with her specialised legal experience, provides Amanda with a practical and analytical approach to estate disputes and litigation.
